Essex County Roads - Load Restrictions Begin March 1, 2017

Operators are reminded to observe 5 Tonne Per Axle Load Restriction Signs on County Roads during the Load Restriction period including but not restricted to the period of March 1, 2017 to April 30, 2017 as authorized by the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter H.8, Section 122, Subsections 1, 2, 3 and 4 and Schedule K of County of Essex By-law #26-2002, as amended.  A map indicating the County Roads with Load Limits in place is also available.

County Roads with year-round load limits in place are indicated on Schedule L of County of Essex By-law #26-2002, as amended.
