Essex-Windsor EMS Deputy Chief Justin Lammers Hailed in Florida for Water Rescue

Lammers is on a family vacation in Florida. He was setting up beach chairs for his two children when he saw a man struggling in the surf.

“The Paramedic mode just kicked in,” Lammers tells the Windsor Star.
Lammers praised the Palm Beach Police Department for its quick response and praised beachgoers for calling 911.
