Donald L. Isaman Professional Corporation via Zoom – Presentation of 2020 Audit

Mr. Donald Isaman reviewed the operational and capital portions of the audited financial statements with Council, indicating a “clean audit”.

Council accepted the financial statements for 2020 as presented.

Deputy Mayor

Councillor Greg Barr has been appointed as Deputy Mayor for the months of May and June 2021.

Proclamation – National Volunteer Week

Council declared April 18-24, 2021 as National Volunteer Week.

Proclamation – National Public Works Week

Council proclaimed May 16-22, 2021 as National Public Works Week.

Airport Advisory

Committee Terms of Reference

Council approved the Airport Advisory Committee Terms of Reference as proposed.

Council approved Councillor Justin Thompson as the Council representative for the Airport Advisory Committee as per the Terms of Reference.

Library

Recommendation for Library Board Appointment

Council appointed Djesihre Rippel to a two-year term as per recommendation by the Vermilion Public Library Board.
