Oath of Office

Councillor Robert Snow – Deputy Mayor Extension – September 2023

Council approved extension of Councillor Robert Snow as Deputy Mayor to include the month of September 2023 with Councillor Robert Pulyk to take the Oath of Office for the month of October 2023.

Safety Codes Services Contract

Council awarded the Safety Codes Service to The Inspections Group for a three (3) year term with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

Grant Application and Grant Information

Council approved administration to provide grant application information to Council and apply for the grant before the application deadline in 2023.

Family and Community Support Services

FCSS Appointment 2023

Council approved the recommendation to appoint Brian Teasdale to the FCSS Advisory Committee with the term aligning with the municipal election.

 FCSS Funding for Time to Rhyme

Council approved the recommendation to distribute $5,514.00 to Time to Rhyme program operated by the Vermilion & Area Brighter Beginnings.
