Inclusion Alberta’s Rotary Employment Partnership Program

Ms. Jenna Pellerin, Rotary Employment Partnership Coordinator and Ms. Trina Steed, Director of Employment made a presentation on behalf of Inclusion Alberta’s Rotary Employment Partnership program and the benefits of inclusive hiring in the community.

New Business

Proclamation – Recreation and Parks Month

Council proclaimed the month of June 2022 as Recreation and Parks month.

Vermilion & District Housing Foundation Annual Requisition Amendment

Council approved an additional $649.20 to the Vermilion & District Housing Foundation for a future total of $42,750.00.

A number of Committee Reports were received for information.

Retail Development Incentive Program – Prairie Bake Shop & Bistro

Council pre-approved Prairie Bake Shop & Bistro for up to $10,000 under the 2022 Retail Development Incentive Program.
