ATCO Electric Ltd. – Municipal Electric Distribution System Franchise Agreement – 5-Year Extension

Council tabled the motion to extend the Electric Distribution System Franchise Agreement (the Agreement) between ATCO Electric Ltd. and Town of Vermilion in accordance with Section 3 of the Agreement, for a 5-year term which will become effective upon the May 7, 2023 expiry date of the initial term of the Agreement.

Council did not object to the proposed subdivision of Plan 3999R in 50-6-W4 on the condition the applicant enter into a standard development agreement with the Town of Vermilion.
