Labour Disruption - Delays at the Essex Civic Centre

Please be advised that the Essex County Library is currently experiencing a strike action by its employees. 

Picketing activity is occurring at the Essex Civic Centre and is expected to continue until further notice. Please be advised that the public may experience delays when entering or exiting the Civic Centre.
