Navigating the Health Care System

The Council on Aging Windsor-Essex County would like to introduce you to “Navigating the Health Care System”.  This educational resource is been provided at no cost to seniors and seniors organizations. This project is funded in part by the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program.

The purpose of this guide is to assist seniors in our community to prepare and give helpful hints for possible hospitalization.  It also provides community resources and support services that are available in your area.  The guide will be presented in a power point format and a copy will be given to each of the participants.
