Notice of 2015 County of Essex Budget Meetings

Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex will be commencing their deliberations of the proposed 2015 Budget on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 4:00 PM in the Council Chambers, 2^nd Floor, Essex County Civic Centre, 360 Fairview Avenue W., Essex.

The Final proposed budget will be considered by Essex County Council for adoption on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, 2^nd Floor, Essex County Civic Centre, 360 Fairview Avenue W., Essex.

Copies of the proposed Budget will be available beginning Monday, January 26, 2015, at the County Administration Office, Essex County Civic Centre, Suite 202, 360 Fairview Avenue W., Essex between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM. or can be downloaded from the County website at http://www.countyofessex.ca/. Alternative formats are available upon request. 

As Part of the renovations to the Civic Centre, a new elevator is being installed. During this construction period, there will only be access by the stairs to any level of the Civic Centre. 

Essex County Council meetings, including the February 4th and 18th Budget Meetings will continue to be held in the Essex County Council Chambers, located on the upper floor of the Civic Centre. 

Please contact the undersigned if you have any accessibility and accommodation concerns regarding attendance at County Council meetings. 

Written Submissions relating to the proposed Budget will be accepted until 4:30 PM, Thursday, January 29, 2015 by the undersigned.
