Town of Vermilion Residents and Business Owners

The Town of Vermilion has contracted Tanmar Consulting Inc., to conduct property assessment inspections within the Town of Vermilion for 2024 Property Taxes. The assessments will be applied to the 2024 tax year and will not impact your tax bill in 2023.

Assessors Mike Krim, Jackie Van Langen, Paul Leroux, Don Paul and Tanner Krim will conduct the property assessment. The assessors may photograph your property to update the Town records. All information gathered during these inspections is for the CONFIDENTIAL use of the assessors and is for assessment purposes only. They may also have questionnaires they need completed to properly assess your property.
