Proposed 2024 Budget Released

The proposed 2024 Budget for the County of Essex is now available for review on the county’s website and in person at the Essex County Civic Centre. Alternative formats are also available upon request.

Essex County Council will undertake deliberations and consider adoption of the proposed 2024 Budget on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at 4 p.m. Additional budget deliberations, if required, will take place during the regular meeting of council on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 6 p.m.

Written submissions relating to the proposed Budget will be accepted by Melissa Ryan, Director of Financial Services/Treasurer, until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 29. She can also be contacted if you wish to view or receive a print copy of the proposed Budget document.
