Windsor Detroit Bridge Authority - Request for Tenders for Early Works Activities

The Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) has issued the request for tenders for their Early Works activities. This will be one of the most significant construction activities undertaken in our region and one which should be of interest to many business owners and constituents within Essex County. 

The project includes three components, which are being undertaken to prepare the Canadian plaza site of the Gordie Howe International Bridge for the eventual private-sector concessionaire. Included in this project is:

• construction of a perimeter access road
• utility relocation
• plaza fill, grading and drainage.
