Mayor Requests

Your Mayor and Council are committed to support community events and achievements.

Requests should be submitted to the Executive Assistant.

You may request Mayor and Council to recognize a variety of events achievements or awareness activities.

Some of the most common requests include:

  • Speeches and special greetings
  • Personalized letters of support or recognition
  • Signed certificates of recognition
  • General event participation
  • Proclamations

If you are requesting the Mayor or a Town Councillor to attend and/or speak at an upcoming special event, provide as much information as possible, including the nature of the event, time, date, location, names of other attending dignitaries, etc.
