    Essex-Windsor EMS recruit Aaron Mackenzie is the 2021 recipient of the Bill Macri Memorial Scholarship. The $1,000 scholarship was presented by Jeanie Macri in memory of her husband, an Essex-Windsor EMS paramedic who began his career in 1981 and died in 2013 after battling cancer.
